Fruit and Vegetable Grader – Cold Storage
Pay: $8.50 per hour
Location: Pharr, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime and Saturdays as needed)

 

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Fruit and Vegetable Graders for a cold storage facility in the Pharr, TX area. This role involves inspecting, grading, and labeling produce to ensure quality standards are met before products are distributed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and grade fruits and vegetables for size, ripeness, and overall quality.

• Label and package boxes accurately and efficiently.

• Work in a cold storage environment while maintaining productivity.

• Repack produce when necessary to meet company and customer standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a cold environment.

• Good hand-eye coordination and motor skills for labeling and repacking tasks.

• Prior experience working with produce or in a warehouse environment is a plus.

• Reliable and able to work overtime and weekends when required.
