We are seeking multiple dedicated and skilled Driver Loaders for an upcoming project in the next month. You will be playing a crucial role in loading and unloading of luxury vehicles onto Rail cars. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to safely drive a vehicle

MUST HAVE G CLASS ONTARIO LICENSE with 2 years of driving, CLEAN DRIVING ASTRACT, AND BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK OVERTIME.

Pay: $20.80/hour

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in car loading, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift moderate to heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Loading Operations: Safely and efficiently load vehicles onto train cars, adhering to established loading procedures and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to loading, ensuring that they meet specified criteria for transportation. Report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Equipment Operation: Operate loading equipment, such as car ramps and lift systems, with precision and care. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Identify and report potential safety hazards promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth and coordinated loading process. Foster a positive and cooperative team atmosphere
