Concrete/Form Setter

Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $28.00 - $40.00/HR

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4:00pm

*Hours may vary (start and end times) depending on job*

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00/HR

Duties:

• Operate concrete cutting equipment such as wall saws, flat saws, and core drills with precision and care.

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to determine layout and cutting requirements.

• Perform cutting, coring, and demolition tasks while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe job site for yourself and your team.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure proper operation.

• Collaborate with crew members and other trades to coordinate workflow and resolve on‑site challenges.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including thorough cleanup after each job.

Qualifications: 

• Strong knowledge of concrete cutting techniques, tools, and safe operating procedures.

• Proficiency with wall saws, flat saws, and core drills in a construction or demolition environment.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.

• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all cutting and forming tasks.

• Physical stamina and strength, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Concrete construction experience, including forming, cutting, or related work.

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in fast‑paced job site environments.
