Job Title: Warehouse Palletizer

Location: Norcross
Department: Warehouse / Distribution
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor or Shift Lead
Employment Type: Full-Time 

Pay: $16hr

Shift: Mon-Fri (7am-4pm)

 

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Palletizer is responsible for efficiently stacking, organizing, and preparing products and materials onto pallets for shipment, storage, or further processing, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the process. This role works closely with warehouse team members and follows all safety and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack and arrange products, boxes, cartons, or materials onto pallets following specific patterns and load requirements.
• Wrap, secure, and label palletized loads with shrink wrap or other binding materials to ensure safe transport and storage.
• Inspect items for proper packaging, damage, or defects before palletizing.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment as needed (certification may be required).
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of packing and palletizing supplies; notify supervisor of shortages.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and moving completed pallets to designated locations.
• Complete required paperwork, records, or computer entries for tracking palletized items.
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout shifts.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and warehouse safety protocol.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-player attitude with good communication skills.
• Forklift certification (may be required or preferred).
