Salary: $50,000 base + substantial commission opportunities (top performers earn over $120K+)

We are representing a growing company in the flood-protection industry, looking for an ambitious Outside Sales rep to build relationships, close deals, and make a real impact. This is not a typical 9–5—you’ll be on the front lines, connecting with contractors, architects, engineers, and end users across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs and delivering the right solutions.

Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and end users.

Manage the full sales process—prepare proposals, follow up on quotes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Travel to client sites and occasionally participate in tradeshows and weekend visits.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven outside sales experience, ideally selling to contractors or in the construction/flood-protection space

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, management, or related field (engineering degree a plus)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Excellent organization and time-management skills

Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
