About the Job

We are a local, fast-growing fireplace installation and repair company serving the Florida Panhandle. We are seeking an experienced carpenter with leadership experience to lead crews on residential and light commercial fireplace installations and repairs.

This position is ideal for a carpenter who has previously managed or led a team and is looking for steady, local work with no overnight travel.

Pay & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small crew on fireplace installations and repairs

• Perform carpentry work including framing and finish work

• Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized

• Communicate clearly with team members and management

• Maintain quality workmanship and job timelines

Required Qualifications

• Previous carpentry experience

• Prior experience managing or leading a team

• Comfortable working at heights

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Fireplace installation, chimney, or masonry experience

• Construction leadership or foreman experience

• OSHA or safety training
