Pay Rate: $18/hour (with potential for $1/hour raise after CDL permit)
Bonuses: $1,000 in bonuses + paid training
Schedule: May require up to 7 days/week depending on project needs

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals with construction or plumbing experience to join our team. This role involves working on projects that require precision and reliability. Candidates will be enrolled in our Drive Forward Program, where they will earn their Class B CDL at no cost, receive paid training, and enjoy additional compensation benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform construction-related tasks, including pipe fitting and pipe laying.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure for project specifications.
• Operate safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Maintain compliance with company and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (must meet strict MVR criteria):
• No DUIs, reckless driving, or speeding 25+ mph over the limit in the past 3 years.
• No multiple tickets or multiple at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL permit within 90 days (company provides training and covers costs).
• Construction or plumbing knowledge (pipe fitters and pipe layers preferred).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if required.
• Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.
