We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructions
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain production speed while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and work areas
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Document completed work and report issues promptly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
• Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
