Our Berks County area client is seeking Construction Flaggers to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!

Pay: $16.00/hour to start

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Could work up to 10 hour days

Location: Berks County, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Flagger:

• Use hand signals and direction signs to direct traffic around road construction sites
• Communicate with other flaggers using hand held radios to direct two-way traffic onto a single lane
• Inform the construction crew of any traffic issues that may affect their safety
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications of the Flagger:

• Some heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must have a VALID Driver's License and own transportation
• Ability to work with a team
• Must be comfortable working outside
