Looking for a Property Maintenance Technician with HVAC 

 

Maintenance technicians, also known as maintenance mechanics, are responsible for the upkeep and repair of a facility and its infrastructure. Their responsibilities can include:
  • Facility maintenance
    Overseeing facility upkeep, performing building inspections, and responding to maintenance emergencies
  • Equipment maintenance
    Performing repairs on equipment, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Safety systems
    Maintaining fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems
