We are currently seeking Front Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and a crucial part of our office's daily operations. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet Visitors
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide information about our company, products, and services as requested.
  • Address inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain and coordinate conference room reservations.
  • Monitor levels of office supplies and reorder as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service.
  • Experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
