Job Summary

Our client in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced service environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and being a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

  • Enter and update orders accurately in internal systems

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues

  • Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely service

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Provide product and service information to customers

  • Assist with billing inquiries, order status updates, and scheduling requests

  • Support office operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or call-center experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

  • Proficiency with computers, data entry, and basic office software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
