A well-established cold-storage distribution center in Holland is adding a Forklift/Warehouse Associate to its small, close-knit team. This is a long-term, hire-in opportunity with a company known for flexibility and treating its team like family.
Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Stamp boxes for outgoing shipments.
Work in cold environments (freezers at -5°F and coolers at 34–36°F).
Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
3+ years of sit-down forklift experience (required).
Comfortable working in cold/freezer conditions.
Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player (working in pairs most of the time).
Strong attention to detail for repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a small, family-oriented environment.
Note: This position involves both forklift work and manual tasks such as box stamping. It’s not a 100% forklift role.
1st shift only : Enjoy regular hours with most weekends off!
