Payroll/Benefits Administrator

 

Food manufacturer in north Fort Worth is adding a Payroll/Benefits Administrator to their team!!

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, payroll, and benefits
• 3+ years of experience in ADP payroll REQUIRED
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of payroll and benefits-related laws/requirements
• Proven ability to prepare, disburse, maintain, and review payroll, salary adjustments, payroll taxes and year-end processing
• Previous experience administering an effective benefits program as part of the employee rewards strategy, and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy of payroll and benefits for the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, HRIS system and administrative support.
• Bi-lingual inn English and Spanish preferred (read, write, and speak)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration
