3rd Shift - Team Lead

Job Description

 

As a Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient collection, movement, sorting, and processing of various wastes and by-products within our manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

 

Pay: $22.50/hour

Schedule: 

• 3rd Shift: 10PM-6:30AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of sorting and processing activities.
• Conducting daily operational and equipment inspections.
• Overseeing employees assigned to operations.
• Completing waste-tracking forms and activity reports.
• Interacting professionally with client associates and subcontractors.
• Assisting with the implementation of new processes, including training and auditing.
• Providing assistance and education on waste, reuse, and recycling programs.
• Assisting with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) and business development opportunities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of lead experience in onsite labor productivity. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred. This is a safety-sensitive position, necessitating constant alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
