A growing company is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to fill a newly created role! 

Who We Are!   
Our client is a regional property management company with multiple apartment communities and one self-storage facility.  Properties are in Bend & Portland, Oregon.  The candidate may be based in either Portland or Bend and should be comfortable traveling between properties as needed.

What You Get to Do! 
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to lead and execute all marketing efforts across our portfolio. This role is responsible for digital marketing, social media, SEO, print materials, on-site marketing programs, and resident referral initiatives. The position works closely with leasing, property management, and maintenance teams to ensure units are market-ready and presented at a high standard prior to leasing.
•    Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive occupancy, qualified leads, and resident retention 
•    Manage all digital marketing, including property websites, online listings, SEO, and paid advertising
•    Oversee social media strategy and content creation 
•    Manage print marketing and branding (brochures, signage, flyers, direct mail) 
•    Lead on-site marketing programs such as resident referral bonuses, move-in incentives, and promotions 
•    Coordinate closely with property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance to ensure quality control and unit readiness prior to turnover 
•    Oversee marketing strategy for the self-storage facility, including local digital marketing and promotions 
•    Track marketing performance and adjust campaigns to improve results 
•    Manage marketing vendors and budgets 

What You Will Bring…
•    5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multifamily housing, property management, real estate, or self-storage 
•    Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising 
•    A good balance of strategic and hands-on execution experience
•    Experience working closely with leasing and operations teams 
•    Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple properties
•    Willingness to travel periodically between Portland and Bend
