Job Title: Production Associate II – Oven (1st Shift, Artisan Bread)

Location: Lodi, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | 5x8s

Start Time: 6:45 AM (± 2 hours), with potential Saturday work
Pay: $18.50/hr

We’re hiring a Production Associate II to support oven operations in the Artisan Bread department on 3rd shift in Lodi, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining product quality, supporting machine operation, and ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products meet specifications for weight, length, color, toppings, and decorations

  • Discard or recycle products that do not meet quality standards

  • Maintain pace with a fast-moving production line

  • Pack products into shipping boxes, stack, label, and palletize

  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary

  • Assist other departments as needed

  • Operate specific machines and provide backup support to Machine Operators

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • 3–6 months related experience in a production environment

  • Proficient in basic Production Associate I tasks

  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English preferred

  • Able to meet physical demands of the job, including:

    • Constant standing, walking, lifting

    • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling

    • Occasional ladder use

    • Lifting up to 50 lbs
