Now hiring Process Operators / Production Operators for a leading reusable packaging manufacturer in DeForest, WI. If you have manufacturing experience, extrusion knowledge, or forklift skills, this is a great opportunity to join a stable production team with consistent hours.
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2 pm-10pm3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10pm-6am
Work includes:
Operate extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic sheet products
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
Perform quality control inspections and document results
Band, wrap, and prepare finished product for shipment
Perform material handling and move inventory using a forklift
Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office for inventory tracking and scheduling
Follow production schedules and maintain accurate manufacturing record
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience required
Experience operating extrusion equipment preferred
Forklift experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of SAP, inventory systems, and production scheduling
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced production environment
