Process Operator - all shifts

Located in DeForest, WI

Salary: $20/hr

Now hiring Process Operators / Production Operators for a leading reusable packaging manufacturer in DeForest, WI. If you have manufacturing experience, extrusion knowledge, or forklift skills, this is a great opportunity to join a stable production team with consistent hours.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: 

1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10pm-6am

 

Work includes:

• Operate extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic sheet products

• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed

• Perform quality control inspections and document results

• Band, wrap, and prepare finished product for shipment

• Perform material handling and move inventory using a forklift

• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office for inventory tracking and scheduling

• Follow production schedules and maintain accurate manufacturing record

 

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required

• Experience operating extrusion equipment preferred

• Forklift experience strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of SAP, inventory systems, and production scheduling

• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced production environment
