*Pay:  $18-$20/hour - 

*Flexible hours between 8:30-5 M-F (20-25/week)

* Opportunity will grow into a full-time position with base pay + commission + benefit stipend

* Paid training - Both hands on in the field and online course work

 

* Duties will include visiting and calling upon businesses in a selected area to market services.  Provide information and data to educate owners and managers about key information regarding hiring and human resources.  Build relationships to become a staffing resource and provider of talent.  Market candidates that have the skills and abilities that companies hire.  Document activity on a daily basis and create marketing plans on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with assistance from team.

* Seeking applicants that have excellent communication skills, self-motivation, goal oriented and the ability to be organized and multi-task.  Prefer candidates with some experience in B2B marketing or sales but willing to train the right candidate with the willingness to learn and possesses a high level of professionalism and energy.  Must have intermediate computer skills, PA Driver's License and transportation.  Mileage will be paid for travel.
