Operations Associate - Contract
Job Description:We are seeking a team-oriented Operations Associate/Installation Coordinator in Roswell. This position requires good customer service and organizational skills as this person will be coordinating projects between the customers and our warehouse team.
This position works to ensure installation teams are well-trained with a goal of quality work and positive customer experience.What's Needed to Succeed...• Positive and professional with the ability to maintain a calm demeanor during hectic periods• Customer-oriented approach and desire to assist others• Ability to work as a team• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work• Must work well with limited direction using independent judgment• Demonstrate a sense of urgency
What's Required...• 1+ years of experience in the flooring and/or home improvement industry preferred• High School Diploma or equivalent• Ability to work a five-day, 40+ hour work week, including availability on some Saturdays.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the possibility of an occasional Saturday.
