Maintenance Technician (Temporary)
Location: Vandergrift, PA
Pay: $20/hour or more BOE
Schedule: 1st Shift

Assignment Length: Temporary – January 13 through March (potential to adjust based on needs)

 

About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment with a manufacturing company that designs, manufactures, and distributes minimally invasive medical devices and technologies used across various medical procedures and specialties. This role will support facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations during a busy production period.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or general maintenance issues as they arise
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Document maintenance activities and report issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with production and operations teams

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

• Previous maintenance or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
