Express Employment Professionals is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep! The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional support, strong relationships, and effective communication. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, supports customer-facing initiatives, and acts as a trusted resource for company products and services in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

  • Manage, monitor, and communicate updates related to customer support tickets

  • Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction

  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings

  • Support customer-facing change management initiatives

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal tools and tracking systems

  • Clearly communicate company vision, services, and solutions

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, including product demonstrations

  • Identify opportunities to support service growth and adoption of new products

Qualifications

  • Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • SaaS experience is a plus
