Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Recycling Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the recycling process, ensuring that materials are sorted, cleaned, and prepared for reuse, also must have experience working with Chemicals. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Duties

• Sort and separate recyclable materials from waste streams.
• Clean and sanitize recycling equipment and work areas to ensure safety and compliance.
• Operate various machinery, including forklifts, front loader trucks, and roll-off trucks.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed to move materials efficiently.
• Dig through waste to locate recyclable items when necessary.
• Fabricate or repair recycling containers as required.
• Assist in loading materials onto garbage trucks for disposal or further processing.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recycling or waste management is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate loaders, forklifts, and other heavy machinery safely.
• Strong physical stamina with the capability of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Attention to detail in sorting materials effectively.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• A commitment to cleanliness and sanitation practices within the workplace.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
