Develop new business relationships by reaching out to local companies and decision-makers
Promote staffing and HR solutions that help businesses hire faster and smarter
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client expectations are met
Maintain a sales pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and networking
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Strong communication and presentation skills
A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people
Sales or customer-facing experience (staffing or HR industry experience is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and goal-driven mindset
