Salary: $20-25 BOE
General Machine Operator (Floating) Location: Racine, WI | Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience) | Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
Operate broaching and other manual machines in a fast-paced environment
Change broaches and taps as required
Inspect small metal parts using micrometers
Verify hole location and overall part quality
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and identify root causes
Transport bins of parts to and from workstations
Requirements
Prior machine operator experience required
Experience with manual machines (punch press a plus)
Strong inspection and attention-to-detail skills
Good manual dexterity and ability to work at a fast pace
Ability to lift and carry 30–40 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday
High School Diploma (HSD) required
