What You’ll Do

• Prep and clean metal and pipe surfaces using blasting, sanding, and masking methods.

• Mix and apply industrial coatings (epoxy, urethane, zinc, etc.) using spray guns and other equipment.

• Ensure coating thickness and coverage meet spec requirements.

• Maintain painting tools, spray systems, and booths.

• Follow all job safety and PPE standards.

• Work closely with your supervisor and team to hit deadlines without cutting corners.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial painting experience (pipe or steel painting a plus).

• Familiarity with industrial coatings, prep standards, and finish inspection.

• Comfortable working in a shop or field environment — around noise, heat, and equipment.

• Dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces when required.

Bonus Points: NACE or SSPC certifications, sandblasting experience, or prior work in a fabrication shop.
