Location: San Juan, TX

Pay Rate: $10.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with rotating shifts 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

 

We are hiring for a Backline Production role in a food preparation environment. This position involves hands-on tasks and requires attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility.

 

Job Duties:

• Perform repetitive movements including bending, wrapping tamales, and setting up corn husks

• Handle finished food products and transfer them between workstations

• Use required safety gear including hairnets and gloves (provided)

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production line environment

• Follow basic food handling protocols (food handler permit is a plus—training available during first week)

Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable working in a production or food prep setting

• Food handler permit preferred, but not required (training provided)

• Must follow hygiene and safety standards

• Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
