Salary: $25-$28/hr

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing & distribution company in Littleton. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, shipping coordination, and data management while providing professional support to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and provide customer support.
  • Process customer orders via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Organize invoices for payment and processing.
  • Prepare UPS shipping labels and shipment documentation.
  • Coordinate freight scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and order records.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The work hours will be Monday-Thursday 9am to 5:00pm and Fridays 8am to 4pm. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The pay rate is $25-$28/hr DOE.
