We are a growing concrete company located in the Palmview area, dedicated to quality work and supporting our team. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Benefit Specialist to join us in managing our employee benefits programs.

Job Summary:
The Benefit Specialist will be responsible for administering all employee benefit programs, coordinating with insurance brokers, supporting new hire benefit enrollment, and managing the annual open enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, etc.)
• Act as the primary contact with insurance brokers and benefit vendors
• Coordinate benefit enrollment for new hires
• Lead the annual open enrollment process and communicate changes to employees
• Process and manage renewals and benefit changes
• Ensure compliance with federal and state benefit regulations
• Respond to employee questions and provide benefits guidance
• Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience with employee benefits, HR, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or benefits systems a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
