Job Title: Floral Assistant- PART TIME

We are seeking a dependable Floral Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Responsibilities include assisting with floral arrangements, deliveries, and shop upkeep. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Overtime is available. Pay is $11–$14/hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills, with experience operating cash registers or POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts for effective inventory management.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
