Resident Services Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by connecting individuals and families with supportive services, educational opportunities, and community resources. This position focuses on building strong relationships, coordinating impactful programs, and fostering partnerships that promote resident stability, engagement, and overall well-being. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate, plan, and deliver resident-focused programs, workshops, and community events

Serve as a primary liaison between residents and local service providers, schools, and community organizations

Develop and oversee youth programs and activities that support education, enrichment, and engagement

Maintain accurate program records, documentation, and outcome tracking for reporting and evaluation purposes

Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with local agencies, nonprofits, and educational institutions

Provide ongoing support, referrals, and follow-up to residents to ensure access to appropriate resources

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in social services, resident services, housing programs, or community-based organizations

Associate’s degree in Human Services or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with residents, staff, and community partners

Valid Oregon driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
