Express is looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to join a local company's growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced showroom and installation environment and is committed to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide typed estimates for customers, contractors, and designers
• Bill partial and completed jobs; process and track change orders
• Receive and process payments
• Manage project costs and man-hour budgets
• Organize and prepare projects from start to finish
• Communicate daily with field employees regarding job status and materials used
• Update job calendars and schedules accordingly
• Provide daily job, schedule, and staffing updates to ownership
• Generate project submittals, closeouts, and warranty documentation
• Ensure all required materials and paperwork are prepared prior to job start
• Read plans and specifications and generate accurate takeoffs for bids
• Assist customers in the showroom and answer incoming phone calls
• Track warehouse supplies and materials and reorder as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in the tile industry or other construction preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
