Express Employment Professionals in Syracuse NY is working with local companies to provide spray painter technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive, commercial, or industrial spray painting and be passionate about delivering high-quality finishes.

 

This is full time: first shift 7AM - 3:30PM. $22+ DOE

 

Responsibilities: 

• Mix primers and paint to produce coating for moldings as necessary
• Position parts of moldings in right position and location to be painted
• Monitor painted parts that need to dry
• Maintain and use equipment such as air operated sprayer to coat moldings with paint
• Document completion process and adhere to safety policies and practices
• Adhere to standards and quality of parts being painted per customer requirement     

 Requirements:

• Bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time
• 6 months of more of experience in spray/automotive painting
• Lift up to 35 lbs
• High school graduation or equivalent 
• Exceptional math skills
• Verbal communication, judgement skills, coordination skills, attention to detail
