Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and bilingual Tech Support Agent with strong problem-solving and customer service skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, assisting clients in the hospitality industry, and working in a fast-paced call center environment while delivering excellent technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to clients via phone and online platforms.
• Troubleshoot software, system, and basic hardware issues efficiently.
• Assist clients with system setup, onboarding, and user guidance.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and updates to provide accurate support.
• Conduct remote walkthroughs and basic training for clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Meet and exceed call quality, resolution time, and productivity standards.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures and support protocols consistently.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical support or call center experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, operating systems, and basic networking concepts).
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong data entry, typing, and documentation skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
