Salary: $22.00+ DOE

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a full-time Property Maintenance Technician for a local Cheyenne client. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other property fixtures. This position requires 40 hours a week, with an on-call rotating schedule.

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance opportunity has a “get-it-done” attitude, excellent written, and verbal communication skills, great troubleshooting skills, Drywall repair and finishing, and can lift to 75lbs.

 

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hr. DOE

 

Responsibilities and Requirements Include (but are not limited to):

• Painting
• Repairing and finishing/texture matching sheetrock
• Basic plumbing
• Troubleshooting, electrical and HVAC issues.
• Ability to lift to 75lbs
• Customer service skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License; MVR required
• Must pass a background check
