What You’ll Do:

Take the lead on residential installations, troubleshoot issues during commission, etc.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and HVAC installation manuals

Communicating with homeowners and clients about system operations and basic maintenance

Ensuring all tools and materials are prepared for each job

Conducting quality checks and startup procedures for newly installed systems

Maintaining a clean and professional work environment on-site

Documenting installation details and providing reports when required
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to motivate and mentor a teammate. You should be:

A seasoned HVAC installer with 5+ years of experience in the field

Capable of leading and mentoring an install assistant or small team

Knowledgeable in local HVAC codes, safety standards, and installation procedures

Familiarity with ICP (Heil) products, including Heil ION product setup, is a plus
-
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)

Possessing a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

EPA Certified (preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
