We are seeking a skilled hand solder / Electrical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with assembling and soldering SMT components following work instructions, blueprints, and schematics. This direct hire position offers significant benefits including:

1st shift hours: 6:30am to 5pm Monday - Thursday (four 10s)

*Responsibilities*

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Use small hand tools to assemble and solder electrical components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and sub assemblies
• Perform hand soldering tasks with precision

*Requirements*

• 1 year of proven experience in electrical assembly and wiring
• Proficient in reading and understanding prints and schematics
• Ability to use hand tools effectively
• 1 year experience with soldering techniques - IPC certified preferred
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards
• Fluent in English - read, write, speak, comprehend
• I TAR compliant - U.S. Person
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to pass drug screen and background checks
