Express Employment Professionals in Oregon City are seeking candidates to fill Sorter positions. This flexible role will commonly perform routine tasks in a fast-paced warehouse-like environment. Desirable candidates work independently, have a strong attention to detail and are a self-starter. Ideal associates are highly organized and hard working. This role works internally with other staff and management to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm

Pay: $18.65

Location: Clackamas

Key Responsibilities: 

• Models "Customer 1st" behavior, delivers and encourages other Associates to deliver legendary customer service.
• Scans incoming products and applies credit to the appropriate stores
• Sorts products to appropriate vendor location
• Processing defective, callback, and recall products.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to computer, rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
