Human Resources Manager
📍 Honolulu, HI | up to $95K

Leads HR operations for an employee-owned (ESOP) organization, overseeing payroll, benefits, compliance, and culture initiatives while supporting ESOP and 401(k) administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations: payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and total rewards

• Lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development

• Support ESOP & 401(k) administration and HR strategy initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 5+ years progressive HR experience, including leadership

• ESOP and 401(k) administration experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills
