Seeking an experienced Property Accountant to support AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a growing property management portfolio.

Responsibilities

·         AP/AR, tenant allocations, reconciliations, deposits

·         GET filings, property taxes, management fees, transfers, 1099 support

·         Financial statements, bank recs, variance review, owner/tenant support

Requirements

·         AS in Accounting (BS preferred)

·         4+ years accounting experience (property management a plus)

·         Strong Excel skills
