About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Electrical Service Manager to lead our team of Residential Electrical Technicians and Installation Crew. This role is critical to ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead Residential Electrical Technicians and Installation Crew.
  • Recruit, interview, train, manage, and evaluate field technicians.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with technicians and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all repairs and installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with permit requirements.
  • Communicate and monitor departmental goals.
  • Manage workload and schedules to optimize manpower and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee effective dispatching of technicians.
  • Provide field support and resolve technical issues.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Promote and enforce OSHA safety standards and foster a strong safety culture.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, revenue opportunities, and operational challenges.
  • Manage departmental budget and achieve targeted gross margins.
  • Meet or exceed company goals and KPIs.
  • Maximize lead opportunities and grow Maintenance Membership clients.
  • Oversee inventory, equipment, and service fleet management.
  • Review and approve new products and services.
  • Perform clerical duties including technician paperwork, personnel evaluations, and expense reports.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
  • Uphold and teach the company Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential electrical services and team management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and permitting processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, dispatching, and operational management.
