The Production Molding Technician is responsible for ensuring that molding and automation process conditions are optimized to yield good quality product at the standard cycle.

Shift time: 7am - 3pm CST 

Job Duties:

• Operate and manage multiple injection molding machines and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
• PAssist in mold changeovers and process optimization.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Support and train junior technicians.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of background in injection molding, robotics operation and troubleshooting, and mold temperature controller operations in automotive manufacturing.
• Processing and understand injection molding terminology.
• Understanding the common components of molding machines.
• Common knowledge of molding defects.
• Understanding the hot runner systems.
