A Waterloo-area company is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support Project Managers and field teams. This role helps keep projects on track through scheduling support, documentation, billing assistance, and general office coordination.

Key Duties Include:

  • Assist with project schedules, documentation, and closeout
  • Prepare and track contracts, invoices, change orders, and vendor bills
  • Maintain digital and physical project files
  • Support billing, payroll reporting, and expense tracking
  • Generate operational reports and respond to customer inquiries
  • Answer phones and provide general administrative support

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior administrative experience preferred (construction/engineering a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
