Express Employment Professionals is urgently seeking an Experienced HOUSING INSPECTOR for a DIRECT HIRE position.  Our client renovates residential homes for purchase and lease.  

 

Schedule:  Monday - Friday

Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 DOE

 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect recently purchased homes to determine renovation requirements
• Scope out needed renovations and provide specifications to general contractor
• Perform a final inspection after construction to verify renovation requirements are met
• Travel among Northern Ohio and Detroit locations to support 30-40 job sites 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in
  • Property Maintenance/Renovations or
  • Real Estate Appraisals or
  • Home Inspections 
• Project Management
• Knowledgable about HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Flooring/Wall Systems
• Communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transporation. Travel 2-3 days/week between job sites
