Salary: $18.00/hr.
Pay rate: $18.00 /hr. (Candidates with prior manufacturing, press, or small-part assembly experience will be considered at a higher rate of pay)
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a ½-hour lunch + two paid breaks
Work in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment producing small precision metal components (clips, brackets, springs) used inside other products.
Load and unload small metal parts into forming machines
Operate small presses / four-slide forming machines
Perform repetitive pick-and-place assembly work
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Measure parts using calipers and micrometers (training provided)
Maintain production pace and follow safety procedures
Assist with shipping & receiving during slower production periods
Strong safety mindset
Mechanically inclined with good hand dexterity
Experience with manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred
Standing at a workstation for the full shift
Constant use of both hands
Repetitive but precise work
Ability to switch between tasks during short production runs
Entry-level manufacturing candidates ready to grow
Assembly or press operators
Detail-oriented workers who enjoy precision work
Anyone interested in learning machine setup and inspection skills
