Our client is a growing Hamilton-based company specializing in aftermarket pump parts, repairs, and mechanical services. They are known for quality, precision, and strong customer relationships—and we’re looking to add a skilled Technical Estimator / CAD Technician to their team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Create 3D models and machining drawings using SolidWorks
- Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare accurate estimates
- Partner with the sales team to support bids and client proposals
- Place and expedite vendor purchase orders
- Prepare shipments and receive/inspect incoming materials
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support general shop duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Technical diploma in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of experience in a related mechanical or manufacturing role
- Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks (CAD)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
