Our client is a growing Hamilton-based company specializing in aftermarket pump parts, repairs, and mechanical services. They are known for quality, precision, and strong customer relationships—and we’re looking to add a skilled Technical Estimator / CAD Technician to their team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Create 3D models and machining drawings using SolidWorks
• Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare accurate estimates
• Partner with the sales team to support bids and client proposals
• Place and expedite vendor purchase orders
• Prepare shipments and receive/inspect incoming materials
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support general shop duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Technical diploma in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years of experience in a related mechanical or manufacturing role
• Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks (CAD)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
