Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker. Our client was founded in 2012 and is Custom Furniture and Millwork company -- with 2 facilities totaling over 20,000 sq. ft. to serve their clientele. This role involves crafting high-quality cabinetry and custom woodwork, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and carpentry, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about craftsmanship and precision in woodworking projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom cabinets, furniture and millwork
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Cut, shape, sand, and assemble wood components
• Operate woodworking machinery (table saws, routers, sanders etc)
• Perform finishing work such as sanding, staining or prepping for finish
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with other shop team members

Experience

• Proven experience in cabinetry making or woodworking with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
