Janitor/Custodian

Located in Baltimore, MD

Salary: $16 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our candy manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and organized environment that meets food safety and quality standards.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition such as lunchrooms, restrooms, and other areas
• Pick up trash, empty garbage containers, and remove all trash for sanitary disposal
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors
• Wipe down surfaces as needed
• Remove trash from exterior of building
• Work safely with chemicals for cleaning purposes

 

Experience, Skills & Qualities Required:

• Floor Buffer experience is preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

• No heavy lifting
• Walking, bending and twisting

 

The hours are 7:30 to 4:00PM.
Pay: $16 per hour
