Packer and Pallet Stacker

Salary: $16 per hour

A fast-growing candy manufacturing company in the Baltimore area is seeking a dependable Warehouse Pallet Stacker to support our production and shipping operations. This role is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished candy products on pallets for storage and shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack finished candy products onto pallets according to stacking patterns

• Ensure pallets are stable, properly wrapped, and labeled

• Move pallets to designated staging or storage areas

• Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area

• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• No warehouse experience required (training provided)

• Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous warehouse, palletizing, or manufacturing experience

• Experience working in food production environments
