A growing candy manufacturing company in the Baltimore area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our production team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, with training and advancement into a Machine Operator role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack candy products accurately and efficiently according to quality standards

• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues

• Label, box, and prepare products for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines

• Assist machine operators and production staff as needed

Growth & Advancement:
Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and interest will be trained to advance into a Machine Operator position, learning to:

• Operate and monitor candy production machinery

• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting

• Track production output and quality metrics

Qualifications:

• No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 40 lbs]

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in machine operation
